Helsinki University Museum

Services

The University Museum offers guided tours of the entire collection. The tour lasts about 1-1,5 hours.

The Auditorium of Arppeanum and the Emperor’s Room are available for rent. In addition, there is a museum shop and a café. For further information on rental of the facilities, please contact the museum office, tel: (09) 191 22914.

The photographic collection of the University Museum is located in the museum office on the second floor. Photos can be displayed by appointment at office hours and we can provide either digital copies, prints or slides.

The museum also has a library of the history of medical science open by appointment to scholars. Books cannot be borrowed.
